The woman was arrested for False Identifying Information and released on bond. The retailer declined prosecution for Falsification in Theft Offense; however, because the suspect used a fraudulent driver’s license bearing the name and address of a out-of-state individual in an attempt to purchase the phone on their cellular account, an additional charge of Identity Fraud was signed on behalf of the out-of-state victim.
