*Industrial Commercial Properties’ (ICP) final purchase of the Chapel Hill Mall, soon seeking rezoning to allow for manufacturing on the property.
*Jeff Iula’s plans to retire from City Council.
*Kneaded, a new bakery moving into the former location of Oh So Sweet on Sackett Ave.
*Myrtle Ave. residents’ gift of joy to their neighborhood with over 2 dozen snowmen built.
*The Downtown History Trail going from High Bridge Glens Park up to Portage Trail.
*The 7′ high mural, “Be the I in Kind” at Preston Elementary School, made completely from community-donated bottle caps.
*New Milk Studio’s name change to Freefall Studios.
*Alex interviews Marvin Montgomery, a recent Woodridge graduate and young entrepreneur who has opened Kicks ‘n Cuts, a new barbershop on State Road. (1:08:51)
