Miscellaneous Business
Finance director Bryan Hoffman distributed his Report 21 to council and went over what he felt was of note, including that property taxes are still coming in flat as compared to last year. The Leisure time fund is looking positive with the golf course being up 18% over this same period last year. Hoffman also stated there had been a rise in the self-insurance account, however, that is how we started 2025 and he is expecting that account to balance by year end, as it has done in the past.
Council voted to excuse the absence of Marie Willis-Guarneri and it passed 10-0.
